APPLICATION / RENEWAL STEPS
1. Please click here to complete our online application or download and complete the HASBAT Membership Application. If you're renewing, please submit an updated application.

2. Once completed, please email the membership application to admin@hasbat.org.

3. After submitting your membership application, please select the appropriate category from the drop-down menu to the right and submit your payment. 

Dues may be remitted using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. A PayPal Account is not required. After clicking the "Pay Now" button, the following screen will appear, when it does, simply choose the option "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".  You do not need to login to pay:
