The purpose of this notice is to inform industry of an upcoming industry day announcement for the Future Vertical Lift Future Long Range Assault Aircraft to be tentatively released on or before 28 June 2019 and to gain industry interest in participating in one-on-one discussions with the Government. The resultant industry day is tentatively scheduled for 31 July 2019 in Huntsville, AL with one-on-one discussions beginning 31 July 2019 and continuing through 02 August 2019. 

The purpose of the upcoming industry day will be to provide industry more insight into the FLRAA Project Manager's anticipated acquisition approach for FLRAA development. More information pertaining to the industry day will be forthcoming in the official announcement tentatively scheduled to be posted on or before 28 June 2019. 
One-on-one meetings will be scheduled to follow the industry day 

(i.e. 31 July - 02 August 2019). Those who desire a one-on-one discussion, are requested to respond to this notice no later than 24 June 2019. Due to time constraints, time slots for one-on-one opportunities will be limited with preference given to industry partners that intend to provide a FLRAA total weapon system solution. Those selected will be notified on or about 17 July 2019 of the date and time of their one-on-one session.

Any requests for one-on-one meetings received after 24 June 2019, including during industry day, will be reviewed and considered for scheduling at a later date.
Classified one-on-one discussions will not be held.
