$20 per person for member companies
$30 per person for non-member companies

Reservations are required and
must be received by noon on Tuesday, April 30.
Prepayment Now
Required
To help reduce
administrative costs and to make the check-in process flow more
smoothly as we have record attendance at our luncheons, we are
now requiring prepayment.
We can accept
credit card payments (American Express, Discover, Master Card,
Visa) by phone and through Paypal.

Fill out the
form below to pay through our Paypal portal with a credit card (
no Paypal account required) or with your Paypal account.
Choose the
member or non-member price from the pull-down menu and click the
Buy Now button. You will be able to select the number of meals
desired on the next page.
We will
contact you after your payment has been received to confirm the
names of attendees so we can have nametags ready for you. You
may also
email Amy
with the names of all attendees.

You may
email Amy or call the HASBAT office
at 256-830-1939. Please include the following:
1. Your company
name
2. Names of all attendees
3. Name and phone
number of person who will be making the payment.
Refund Policy
We are
unable to issue refunds after the reservation deadline (unless we must cancel the event). If you are unable to attend after
making a reservation, you are welcome to transfer your
reservation to someone else. Be sure to
email Amy with any changes to your reservation.
