Meetings

Monthly luncheon meetings are currently held the first Thursday of each month at the Holiday Inn Research Park from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm.

Reservations
May be made through close of business on the Monday before the luncheon via . Please provide the names of all persons in your party so that printed nametags can be available. Click here to make reservations.

Paypal reservations will be closed promptly at close of business the Monday before the luncheon. If you submit an email reservation after this time, you will be placed on a waiting list in the event of any cancellations. We will issue a refund only if we are not able to accommodate you at the luncheon.

Cost
$20 for members and $30 for non-members.

Gold Club members receive one free luncheon per month. To redeem your Gold Club or prepaid luncheon, please send an email to Amy Shelton.

Cancellations
May be made through close of business on the Friday before the luncheon as well.  In the event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer the reservation to someone else.  We regret that we will have to charge for the reservations not cancelled by the deadline.

We are currently showing a PowerPoint slide show at our monthly luncheons, featuring one full-page slide for each member company that wants to participate. You may download a copy of our current slide show here. If you would like us to include a slide for your company, please email your one-page PowerPoint slide.

Copies of speaker presentations are available to member companies only. Please visit the Members Only page of our website to access the presentations. You may email to request the password. Password will be provided only to companies whose membership dues are current.

If you would like a copy of any of the above presentations but you're not yet a HASBAT member, we would love to have you join our organization. Just download our membership application, fill it in, and mail with a dues check to the address on the application along with a request for any of the above presentations. Once we receive your application and dues payment, we'll be happy to give you a copy of any of the presentations listed above.
