The Huntsville Association of Technical Societies (HATS) is proud to present the 2017 Professional of the Year Awards Dinner! This year, the theme of the awards dinner is “Passing the Torch.” With this theme, HATS is highlighting the contributions of their member societies (i.e. HASBAT) and members of the community have made in preparing the next generation for the challenges of the future. HATS wants to honor and celebrate all of the work their members societies do to promote education, mentoring, training, and sharing valuable knowledge and skills to make the next generation successful and able to continue moving our society forward in all fields of study, including space, defense, biomedical, cyber, and many others. Therefore, HASBAT is asking our Member Companies to nominate a POY and Young POY from your organization and/or within the community! To do so, please review the award criteria and instructions on the attached Nomination forms for the 2017 Professional of the Year and 2017 Young Professional of the Year. The deadline for your submission is NLT 26 May 2017 to the HASBAT Scholarship and Awards Committee (email@example.com)!!
